I can hardly wait to see this bombinating showcase of a real life fantasy. As I was watching the Trailers, I imagined my Daemon would be a Tiger and as splendid as is your creative process with 20 questions, it showed my Tiger as the one selected…

Hi! I have bought the 3 books a couple of years ago and I am still taken by the magic of it each and everytime I read it. They are sooooooo amazing! 10 years ago, I was searching for my ‘animal totem” just for fun and I found out that it was a raccoon …… imagine my surprise when I realized that my Daemon was ALSO a raccoon!!!! I think I have settled
.Another thing : everytime I’m reading the last page of the third book, I listen to the Genesis song ‘Afterglow’, starting with the lyric ‘Like the dust that settles all around me…’ . I imagine Lyra singing it to Will … It’s very touching, believe me…

I have been a big fan of the books of the Pullman trilogy + but was quite ill when The Golden Compass made its very brief appearance on the screen at my local theatre. When will I be able to see the film, or its’ DVD? I hope for the chance of the big screen, however.
I’m surprised that NLC teamed up with WWF on The Golden Compass promotions! It’s really kewl!
