USA TODAY (April 27) has uncovered The Golden Compass teaser poster!

The poster will be displayed in theatres come May 4, while the first teaser trailer sets sail May 25, along with Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End.

USA Today confirms 15 minutes of film footage will be shown at this May’s Cannes Film Festival. The Golden Compass writer/director Chris Weitz, newcomer Dakota Blue Richards and co-stars Daniel Craig, Sam Elliott and Eva Green are expected to attend.
